Terms and Conditions for Pictora

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Pictora app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices created by Ali Yapici (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

1. Use of Service

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Application provides AI-powered image generation and background removal services. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including but not limited to:

• Your photos for background removal
• Text prompts for AI image generation
• Generated images and results
• Saved history and preferences

2.2. License

By submitting content, you grant Pictora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the content for the purpose of providing AI image generation and background removal services, and improving the Application.

2.3. Representation

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the photos and prompts you submit, and that your use of the Application will not violate any third-party rights.

3. AI Technology Usage

• AI processing is used for image creation and background removal
• Results may vary based on prompts, input images, and selected styles
• We implement content moderation for inappropriate content
• AI-generated results are for personal use only
• Background removal results depend on image quality and complexity

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Generate or upload inappropriate or offensive content
• Submit prompts that may produce harmful or illegal content
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• Share or distribute AI-generated results inappropriately
• Attempt to bypass our content moderation systems
• Use the service for any illegal purposes

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ali Yapici and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
